SDS does the work for you. We review resumes, check references, verify licenses and work history, interview candidates and collect information to match the best applicant with your office needs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • There is no fee to sign up with SDS. A dental office will pay SDS a “fee for service” when they need dental staff/personnel to fill-in their office. We encourage you to reach out and establish a relationship with SDS before the need for a temp arises, so that we have your information if you need assistance on short notice.

  • SDS invoices on the first and fifteenth of each month. Details on rates may be found on your contract sheet and are subject to change at any time.

  • We recommend that temps receive compensation via check at the end of the day for daily jobs, or at the end of the week for long-term jobs or you may choose to put them on your payroll and fill out a W2. Please consult with your accountant regarding tax regulations for temporary employees. As per your contract, doctor pays temps directly. SDS does not provide any payroll service for dental staff/personnel.

  • We understand how valuable your time is. We will find that "perfect fit" for your office, whether it be a hygienist, assistant or front office. We will interview, evaluate application, check credentials, and verify references of every dental personnel before we send them to your office. There is no need for you to spend countless hours searching through resumes or searching social media for that special person. SDS will present your practice with a selection of potential hires who are licensed, credentialed, and fit your unique requirement. We strive to find that "right fit" for your practice. We make it that easy!
